About Aikimura
About Aikimura

It is not a place to achieve something,
but a place to see things as they are.
Aikimura is an experiential community dedicated to self-discovery through nature, embodied practice, and authentic dialogue.
Here, our focus is not on instruction, but on creating the conditions in which awareness and insight can emerge naturally.
In the vast landscapes of Hokkaido, we seek to cultivate a place where people can reconnect with nature, with their bodies, and with a deeper sense of themselves.
About Aikimura
Why is this place necessary?
In modern times,
information and efficiency are prioritized.
We are losing the time and environment to deeply reflect on ourselves.
Many people are feeling tired, lost and disoriented, having difficulty connecting with nature and one's body,
There aren't many opportunities to examine that issue from its roots.
Aikimura is about experiencing the present moment, rather than just thinking about it.
We aim to create a space where new insights can emerge.

SAUNA
Harmonize your body and senses in nature.
As part of the future development of Aikimura, we are envisioning a sauna experience immersed in nature.
Through warmth, breath, and stillness, we invite people to gently release themselves from the busyness of the mind and return to the quiet awareness of the body.
It is a place for restoration, presence, and reconnection—with oneself and with the natural world.
— Planned equipment —
The sauna is envisioned to operate at a temperature of approximately 90–100°C (194–212°F).
Designed to thoroughly warm the body, it aims to provide a space where deep breathing, stillness, and a sense of presence can be experienced.
[High-temperature sauna]
We plan to install a cold plunge pool to help you cool down after using the sauna.
Alternating between hot and cold baths creates an opportunity to more deeply experience your body's sensations.
[Cold bath]
We envision an outdoor relaxation space where guests can rest while immersed in the natural beauty of Hokkaido.
By surrendering to the wind, the air, the light, and the sounds of nature, visitors can enjoy a quiet moment of reflection and reconnect with themselves.
[Outdoor relaxation space]
Please note that the sauna facility is currently in the planning stage.
Details regarding the facilities, features, and opening timeline are subject to change as the project develops.

PEMF & Red Light Therapy

To improve physical condition,
a new approach.
At Aikimura, we are also considering introducing PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) and red light therapy as part of our efforts to improve the balance of mind and body.
While supporting the body's natural functions, we offer a time to quietly reflect on your own state, away from daily fatigue and stress.
*PEMF and red light therapy are facilities we are currently considering introducing.
The content and delivery methods may change in the future.
